The hotel is quiet bit of a walk from the Osaka Station because a lot of ground crossings are not allowed and people had to go up and down and around. But the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Exceptional service. Conveniently located near Ōsaka Station and an amazing amount of restaurants and stores. Great restaurant on site. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
