Very nice hotel in the heart of Osaka. Beautiful views lovely rooms and an amazing breakfast. All beverages in the room comped including sake, sparkling water and a coffee maker. Hotel staff so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend and I would 100% stay here again.

This is a wonderful new modern hotel in a large mall setting, across street from Osaka station; hard to find main doors, from within the mall, but once you do, it is an oasis of calm and quiet; be aware that is IS IN OSAKA station so you may hear trains in the distance at night- but this did not interrupt our sleep; the buffet breakfast is like nothing in the states - on another level with western and Japanese choices as well as one included à la carte enter; the dinners: buffet or à la carte - GO FOR THE BUFFET! It is incredible - Osaka is a foodie large city - enjoy;

Beautiful brand new hotel @Osaka Station Umeda

Brand new hotel right next to and connected internally to Osaka Station, with shopping mall (convenience shop, food hall, restaurants and theatre underneath. We stayed here on our way back from Kyoto. Took the train and just walk up to our hotel.

Lobby is on the 29th floor so the view was gorgeous from our room. Amenities were fantastic and loved the size and layout of our room (2 queen bedroom). Personally found the pillows too soft but had no issues calling down for extra pillows which were brought to us very quickly.
