Excelent service and perfect location. I didn't know that the hotel is located within a complex of businesses and stores and on top of a really big network of subway stations which helped me for transportation , food option for dinner when I got back to the hotel at night and overall shopping in the complex .

Hotel was rather difficult to find when we arrived since we didn’t exit at the central exit. We arrived on the Haruka train and the exit led us outside of the station. After wandering around & with the help of Google Maps and assistance from strangers we finally found the hotel. Buffet breakfast was basic but good.

This is a brilliantly located hotel above Osaka Station. It is a 3 star hotel but the service, location, cleanliness and room were excellent. I took the cheapest internal tiny room because I came in late and got up VETG early to take the train to Kyoto. Room served its purpose beautifully. Only negative is shower is over the bath and it is a high sided bath.

This was my second time staying at the Granvia in Osaka. The location is great, the staff are very polite and helpful, and it's overall a great place to stay. I deducted a star because my room felt very old and dated this stay but that wasn't the case in my first visit so it must be the floor I was on.
