"Room was nice and clean with nice amenities. It was more spacious than our hotel in tokyo. Staff was nice and accomadating. However when we asked for water due to not having room serviced for cleaning, felt like the front desk guy was a little apprehensive and reluctant. He didnt seem as warm and accomdating as the rest of the staff. In tokyo the hotel left bottled water for us at our front door with fresh towels every day even if we didnt have our room cleaned."

"Staff were very accommodating with holding my luggage ahead of check in time. My room however smelled like cigarettes. I'm not sure if I was supposed to indicate a smoke-free room, but there was a small dust bin in the bathroom which I'm guessing was for cigarette ash. The hotel is also right next to a train railway, which is good and bad when it comes to convenience, but not when it comes to getting a quiet and peaceful sleep. The breakfast cafe room is very limited in space, but never had an issue getting a table. Good was delicious, too. Overall, I had a much better experience with APA Hotel in Tokyo, but not so much at this particular location. I would definitely check into APA again but somewhere a little away from the trains."

"I didn’t experience the laundry. Lounge bar have a good selection of drinks and small bites other that the staff has not hospitality and they seem to be more involved into what guest would take to their rooms than asking if they can or could do anything extra very disappointed. "

"Friendly staff, especially the front desk, clean rooms and they’re very generous with the towels. The place is affordable and the amenities like the sauna are top notch. It’s also very close to the bus station and the train station. 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori. would definitely stay again."

"We had such a beautiful stay here. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel special. Breakfast was excellent fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the morning. The bar was terrific as well. The staff truly went out of their way for us, making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a place where the people are this warm and attentive. Their kindness made our day even better. A stellar experience all around, and we would happily return. Would highly recommend staying at this property in Osaka when I come back this is where I’m definitely staying "
