We had an excellent experience at the Intercontinental Osaka. The staff was amazing - helping with taxis, restaurant reservations and luggage transfer. We loved the area - plenty of dining and shopping in the area and a short walk to the subway. The room was large with a walk-in closet. We enjoyed breakfast - many different options and they assisted with my food allergy. Would definitely stay here again.

What a treat! This hotel is luxurious without the attitude. The rooms were huge. The bath room was a spa-complete with a large soaking tub and Byredo bath products. The staff were lovely. Particularly the gentleman at the entrance. He was wonderful!
