"One of the best hotels during our stay! Fantastic staff, very helpful, great food and rooftop bar is great at the end of the day. Breakfast included eggs, choice of meat and full buffet. Location was great! Walked the neighborhood and found gems around every corner. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful experience from the provided pajamas, to the massage chairs, to breakfast and the late night ramen meal. The onsen area was very clean and was a wonderful relaxing experience. I would have more benches or chairs for people to sit on, in the lobby, while taking off and putting on shoes."

"Great location! The hotel is right across from the Kyoto Station, so it was so convenient getting everywhere! Although the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, we did not spend much time in the room because of their onsen and sauna! They were very comfortable and nice after a long day of walking."
