"This is a very average hotel. Location is good, close to Kyoto station but far from night life. The cleanness in the room is decent but the lobby has a bad smell, kind of like old smoke. Pillows are very uncomfortable. The public bath is nice and clean. There is no coffee in the room or in the lobby, you should go and buy coffee in the morning. They provide Japanese style PJ and free beer in the afternoon which is nice. "
