We stayed at Seikoro for 2 nights - we had the best time. The highlights were the breakfast and close proximity to Gion, subway, and tourist spots. But what made this place special was the amazing staff! They were warm, welcoming and attentive. They helped make reservations and anticipated all our needs. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had chosen to include breakfast, and it was absolutely delightful. The in-house public onsen bath added a special touch of relaxation to our stay. It’s an experience we’ll never forget. It was a great break from the city hussle and bustle. They were very atttentive and detailed. I requested for a chocolate cake after dinner for our anniversary and they delivered! We had dinner and breakfast both is aunthentic japanese cuisine. Recommend that you use the taxi to get there and visit senjusendo!

Beautiful historic ryokan with a wonderful staff!

A wonderful ryokan with a truly welcoming and lovely staff. A great location just steps from the subway and useful bus lines, and about a 15 minute walk from the Gion area. Also has a great little onsen to relax the day away!
