"Modern & clean building, helpful and friendly staff. The best location. Central to everything. Have to pay 1000 yen for the pool, spa, & sauna but worth every penny. Would have stayed longer in this hotel if I knew how great this place was."

"This is our second time staying in this hotel. We will not come back if we didnt like it. We love this hotel. Old but very affordable and close to everything. Imagine just across the street is the train station, cant better than that! Plus all the shopping and tokyo tower is just around the corner! Everything is great here! Not much but the location is unbettable. "

"The Hotel it has small rooms, but they’re clean, we have a problem with the air conditioner and immediately they fixed, the staff, some are friendly but it looks like the person in charge wich is a lady is not friendly it’s just business and that’s about it. The hotel is a 1 minute walk distance from the Kyoto station, in the same location there is a large mall with anything you need. So very good experience "
