Convenient location. The front desk staff is not there in the morning or past 10pm, so if you need anything like towels outside of these hours, it may be difficult to get. They also don’t offer room cleaning when we stayed there for 3-4 nights. The bathrooms are soooo tiny, but that may be common in Japan.

Great friendly professional staff. Spotlessly clean. Large room too. Could not fault it. Great location. Would have been nice to have a safe in the room. Would definately stay there again. Make sure you do. You will not be disappointed.

Bath towels were replaced daily, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless throughout our stay. You can also request an iron and ironing board if needed, which was a nice touch. One of the highlights was the surprise cheesecake they provided to celebrate my husband's birthday—such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Although the carpet was a bit dated, we hardly noticed it until the end of our stay, as we were out exploring most of the time. It certainly didn’t detract from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room. If you're looking for a well-located, stylish hotel with attentive service and cozy amenities, Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka is a great choice. We'd happily stay here again!

Very noisy. I could hear every car driving by. There were sirens and people revving up their cars, which made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, the staff was really nice and helpful. It was very clean and walking distance.
