Great hotel, great location. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast, the only fault was the breakfast as a westerner burgers fried chicken and pork skewers and chips are not for us , no toast or scrambled egg in sight shame as this let us down.

It’s a small inn but the location is excellent and the staff is endlessly helpful. The public bath is nice but like the private bath in my room was a little worn out and I can definitely see someone getting a splinter if they behave like a fools. The daily breakfast was a delightful spread of classic Japanese dishes and everyday a cup of tea and a snack was waiting for me when I got back in the from heat.
