「We were greeted with a cold towel and a drink, which was most welcome. We were able to occupy our lodge 3 hours early, which was amazing - thank you.
The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious, with a welcome fruit basket.
The site was spotless and well maintained.
ALL the staff were friendly and helpful, with nothing to much trouble for them to assist us, even printing off our boarding passes for our return trip _TOP TIP - Marrakech airport INSISTS on paper boarding passes.

Buffet food is great, not fussy eaters and we liked it a lot. Coyld improve on dressed table availability....but did not bother me as on holiday so not in a rush.
One thing is the fresh orange juice could be available maybe ....if too difficult then offer it to vip customer at private pool.
Other wise beautiful hotel....staff are all here to help and hard working.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, loved the room that i stayed in - could bearly hear any sound from the night club which was ideal as get good night sleep after busy day ( room 209). 「Convenient location close to the mall. The restaurant opens till 11PM, good Italian foods and tagines. There's no bath tub even in prestige room. I guess the one of 2 shower rooms is a steam bath, but it seems to be broken in my room.
There was no other problem.」
