"Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square is centrally and conveniently located within 8 minutes walk from Penn Station. Hotel is clean, friendly staff with free coffee and tea at the lobby area every morning. After 7pm, you need access card to enter the hotel. Nearby the hotel has many food options. The only setback is the path towards the hotel is dirty with daily litters as well as homeless people around the construction area. "

I was told by phone that there was parking on site, which there is not, and this was problematic for our stay.
