"AC was not great. It blew hot air, and was way too hot for no AC. Pool was very nice. Staff were nice however didn’t help me when a charger went missing. The massage was so good."

"It is a great hotel. Friendly staff, conveniently located half the way between airport and the Medina. The buffet is very adequate, dinner in the other restaurant was very good . The pool is huge and nice. The drinks are very good. The only complaint is the pool: like in many other resorts, people start reserving lounge chairs and blocking the use for others. I can see chairs blocked for 4-6 hours without people using them. The staff should politely intervene . The food by the pool could have more variety . The spa/Hamman was good with excellent service and friendly staff. Another complaint here: I tried to call to reserve in advance and was impossible, nobody answered . The day I tried to schedule, everything was booked. I think the hotel had the potential to be the best on their category but they have to work in improve the experience."

"We booked one of the smaller rooms, but felt like there was plenty of space. The rooms were clean and air conditioning was very nice. The WiFi worked excellently. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff always offered to make other dishes incase you didn’t like what they brought. The restaurant was excellent, the best beef tanjine I had the entire time in Morocco. The spa was also excellent, I’d highly recommend! The owner was very hospitable and also helpful when we had problems unrelated to the accommodation. The property was beautiful, on a quiet street, and the area felt very safe. I would highly recommend this Riad."

"I came to stay with my daughter for her birthday. The experience was amazing. The staff are super friendly, a massive thank you to Sara, Loco and Spoofy for keeping us entertained and looked after. These guys all work super hard and it was easy to see how much the three of them love their jobs. The food was always delicious and plentiful. Thank you again for another great stay. I look forward to coming back soon."

"The riad has it’s charm but no confort at all. Our room was so small, hardly space to get out of bed. The mattresses was so sinked in, making it difficult to move around. We asked to fix our tv but no one came during our stay. This hotel is good for a younger generation, who use hotel just to sleep. Not recommended for people who are seeking to rest in their hotel room."
