「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「The staff was very helpful and professional. We were met with smiles from all the staff we interacted with. Our room was clean and had a view of the lake and mountains. It was hard to pay a $30 resort fee, when then pool wasn't available. All in all, we enjoyed our first stay with Bally's and our first stay at Lake Tahoe!」
