「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「Great little hidden gem. Just a few minutes walk from the beach or to the main strip with access to restaurants, casinos and heavenly village. Rooms are retro, but offer all the modern amenities. Staff was great, friendly. Quick check in AND even offered complimentary wine and beer upon arrival! Would definitely return. Also a great value for the price paid considering everything. 」

「The room was clean, had a full-sized refrigerator, and a 2-hub electric stovetop. The staff was friendly and helpful with dining recommendations. The lodge had a ping pong table, kid's putting green, and complementary kit for making smores on the fire pit in the evening. We enjoyed our stay at the Cedar Glen Lodge and the activities at Lake Tahoe.」
