"We had a hair dryer that didn’t work. We texted the help desk and they sent someone immediately with a brand new one. We were having difficulty with how to get the shower to work properly and once again someone came right up! We played in the casino and the dealers were extremely kind as well as pit bosses. The pool was well maintained and service was good. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants found the prices more reasonable at the mall located beside and across the street. Loved the lavender smell as soon as walk inside. Not a smoky smell at all. Nice that we could leave our luggage w bell hop since we arrived before check in and our luggage was delivered to our room. Very impressed all around! We will for sure stay again at this hotel."
