「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「Beautiful hotel, located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe with shopping and hiking right there. There was a live band in the center of the mall on Friday and Sat nights. Lots of activities, a kid's center and a small restaurant. Our room had a full kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a large sauna/bathtub. The bed was comfortable, not too soft and not too hard.」

The pool has 8 lounge chairs total, hotel can hold over 300 people but has only 8 chairs.」

「Super cute older hotel. They have a lot of cute updated features that make it so cute. I loved the pool and hot tub hours!!! They are actually open late! They had live music by the pool, with very nice cabanas. And free wine tasting Saturday night. The dinner cruise out of Zephyr cove picks you up outside the hotel. The location is perfect. Two blocks to the gondola, and two blocks to the beach. There is a very good restaurant and bar attached to the property, and they are pet friendly.」

The bathroom faucet did not have working hot water, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and they did not have signs in there front parking lot notifying non-electric cars to not park in the two designated parking stalls. We had to park in a rear lot and it only had one working charger.」
