「We had a great time and enjoyed this cabin. Communication, check in/out was smooth and easy. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. 」

「The space is much smaller than expected. Not that kids friendly, and the air is not very fresh inside. The location is very good though.」

「We arrived at the property and there was no heat or warm water (in freezing temps) the host was bad a communication and didn't provide any timeframe if we would have the issue resolved. After 2 hours we were forced to book another location because of the poor host communication. 」

「Very nice cozy place good for a couples and kids stores and dining are close a nice park and basketball court.」

「The home was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and kind however the fireplace and dishwasher did not work for the entire length of our stay which was disappointing. Good location close to restaurants but some street noise. 」

「They don’t tell you about the parking being mandatory - it’s not optional, you must go vallet. The rooms AC was LOUD the entire time. The food quality was not the best, the amenities were not fantastic for the mo eh you spend - and yes that includes the sauna, gym, and hot tub. The staff was very rude when I started asking about what the 30 parking and amenity fees cost and why I am required to pay for these bare necessities. I’ve never been to any other resort or hotel where this was required....
