"Clean room"

"We did not interact with staff as we didnt see any at check in or check out, nor did we see any besides the casino dealers. We would have said something about our room but since there was no one to talk to there I'll just say it here. The room was ok. Decent for the price we paid but older than we expected. It felt more like an off strip (gold coast) hotel room than an on strip one. Smelled very musky. One of the lights in the bathroom was out so it was very dark in the shower. The curtain were difficult to open, was afraid we'd break it so we left it alone."

"The room was not ready when we arrived (at 9pm). Waited in line for 45 minutes to check in despite already having checked in online. The lobby stinks of cigarette smoke AND the ozone spray they try to cover it with. The room was not clean when we got there. We requested housekeeping but no one came. There were just two thin sheets on each bed- no blankets or comforters at all. After three days of no housekeeping, the only way to get someone to our room was to get a manager involved. I've had better experiences in hostels. The staff with whom we directly interacted were friendly and as helpful as they could be. "

"Staff was very helpful. During check in all but 2 kiosks were down but staff came by to check guests in as quickly as possible. The only con we experienced was the water pressure in our room. "
