「The room was ok. A bit expensive at $450 a night. The room had big chucks of paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the bathroom floor is extremely slick tile, and the shower sprays SCALDING hot water every minute or so while in use. It is as if the cold water just get routinely shut off once a minute. I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL BATHING YOUR CHILDREN IN THERE! The grounds are minimally kept. However, the staff was amazing and always kind and polite.」

「The room was clean and very cute however there was no one at the front office when we got there and their maintenance man saw us in the parking lot asking for our contact info without ever telling us who he was. He was trying to be helpful but I except someone to be available at the office upon check in. In addition there was work being done in the room above us and all kinds of of banging happening until 11 at night and then again starting at 6 AM」

「Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money...
