"Was a rough start. The room we booked was not available at check in. For the inconvenience was offered a waiver of the resort fees. The SURPRISE gotcha was mandatory $40 a night valet charge. No self parking option. That one didn’t go down so well for me. NO EV charging options at the property. The Motel unknown down the street has it. The breakfast was meh. Lots of options but no flavor - no taste. Absolute nothing burger. The rooms were clean, the staff was mostly nice & the best part about the property is the location. "

"The room is spacious and has been updated. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The hotel is in walking distance from the Heavenly village. The staff is very kind and professional. Parking is a bit tight but there's room for everyone. Now the breakfast was the only gripe. Waffle machice, some toast, coffee, juice, and cereal. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. I would stay here again though, the room serves is purpose. "

"Room, service, and amenities were fine, but the bed was extremely bad. All of us could not sleep well. My back hurts a lots and AC were so loud and made my throat so dry, so I barely slept both nights. We had extra day for offer but I just couldn't wait to go home to sleep."

"The property is so beautiful and very clean inside! Valet parking was very fast and staff from valet were very friendly! Big rooms! Big bathroom! We had the 2 bedroom suite ❤️ we will definitely reconsider this place!"
