Lakefront Legacy luxury Lake Tahoe Estate Camp Richardson luxe01

"Great house! Large, nicely appointed. Spectacular location. A little expensive, but the location right on the lake helped to justify the cost. We really enjoyed our time there!"

"We stayed on the second floor at a very hot time of year. The hotel itself was fine, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom adequate. But since there is no air conditioning in the building, the first two nights were really warm. Our room got up to 85 degrees during the day while we were gone. Fortunately, I brought a fan to put in the window, and that’s the only way we survived. The staff was great, quick to help. The wonderful part was having the general store, ice cream shop, and restaurants all within walking distance. I would definitely return - but not in August, lol."

Tahoe Keys Mountain Vistas-Waterfront, A/C , Dock

"Rental company was extremely responsive! We walked into a very clean house. Property was great! It has a bit of wear and tear and I believe the rental company will be very responsive to our suggestions, especially the need of a new fridge since the current fridge is 2002 model. It doesn't match the other superior kitchen appliances. A couple of things to note if you are a boater and using the dock to bring your own boat: 1. You can't leave your trailer in the driveway, so plan ahead where you will store it. 2. This particular property is next to the entrance for the barge that comes in to clean all the weeds, and as such, the side yard is empty and lots of geese and geese poop. You can buy geese deterrent items and should do so prior to your visit and bring them with you. Otherwise you will be hosing massive amounts of poop off the dock and your boat deck which is a bit of a daily chore. 3. Ask for a tool to clean up the weeds around the dock. We couldn't find one, but we noticed many neighbors and locals using a special tool to clean the weeds around the dock. We would absolutely stay at this property again if the fridge is replaced. The neighbors were friendly, and there is a lot of space to relax."

"Communication with the host was excellent. There were a few things that the property needed and the owner personally brought it to us. The kitchen was perfect for a big group, double stoves, dishwashers, washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect property for our large group. If I could recommend something, some of the rooms did need screens on the windows as it got warm during the day. We also couldn’t use the hot tub because the jet was broken and we had to keep filling it up with the hose because it was leaking. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for 4 nights with 3 adults and 3 toddlers, and overall had a great time. The host was super helpful—checked in before we arrived, gave us info about activities, and made sure we were enjoying our stay the whole time. The house has a great location with beautiful water and sunset views thanks to the big windows. There are four bedrooms plus a big comfy sofa, so everyone slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer/dryer came in handy after long days outside. The community amenities were perfect for families—outdoor and indoor pools, a little beach, and a playground all close together. Plus, tons of restaurants and stores just minutes away. The home is definitely older, with a musty smell and dated furniture, and a few kitchen items weren’t fully cleaned. But none of that stopped us from having a fun and comfortable stay."
