"Check-in was fine. Outside temp was 86 degrees when we arrived. It was hot inside the unit. The listing stated a/c and washer & dryer. The only a/c was a portable a/c unit in the bedroom that was turned off. There was also a suspended power outlet hanging against the fireplace with the TV and Roku plugged into it (not shown in the photos). "hi when i checked in, there was no hot water, and even a call to the front desk asked to continue run the hot water for 10-15mins. I did so and still no hot water. I have requested for a room change. However, when I requested for an earlier room cleaning, only the bathroom towels were replaced, nothing else. Overall, it was not a pleasant staying experience. I would say the chances for next stay is low with this chain."
