"The location was great for what we needed it for. The place was decently clean. Beware, hosting a family dinner with more than 5 is difficult. The property has very limited cooking supplies, and no seasonings of any kind. We ended up buying silverware because the cutting knives were more dull than a butter knife and there was only enough silverware to accommodate 6 people or less. "

"the home was very clean and well stocked I'm the kitchen. plenty of towels and the owner was very accessible if we had questions..it was a great location right across from the ski lift you can't beat it. we had three families with three kids we think at least two or three more kids could have stayed comfortably there.. we would definitely consider staying there again"

"A friend & I came to Kirkwood to hike and paddle. We enjoyed a lovely morning paddle on Caples lake and a half day hike on the Carson Pass trail. Beautiful area. We enjoyed the condo’s pretty meadow and Mountain view. "
