"Dusty rooms, not o good service, ask for room service didn’t get any, valley is 25 a day. We changed rooms at 12 am because ac didn’t work and they couldn’t get any one to fix it"

"It was welcoming to pets however it was 75$ a night to bring a pet unless it’s a service animal. Also half the hotel is under construction "

"The property is somewhat old but well kept up. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. The room with the hot tub works great and it's clean."

"The property is old. The airconditioner never worked, set it temp to 65 but the room stayed at 71 and humid. Finding the room is like a maze got lost everytime.. No ice machine on the 1st level. It's a valet parking, you need to text the TICKET NUMBER ONLY, no custom message if you want them to get your car out from their parking lot. Good thing about it is that it is close to the lake, amazing food and shops around. "
