「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「There was a lack of support to get help unloading our items. There was only one bellman to take our bags up. I would have been fine with loading ourselves but they don't allow guests to use the carts. We waited 30 min to get help. More support for check in would be great.」
