「Room had no night stands and no bedside lamps. Just one ceiling light. No table. No coffee maker, no paper or plastic cups. Flaking paint, outlets funky. Stained walls and holes in the wall from previous cabinets. Lumpy pillows, sheets tucked in a hurry with flopping corners. Good mattress and apparently new fridge and microwave. 「This is the first time I’ve had the reception personnel check in daily by text about our stay. And accept requests or answer questions by text. Even though it was by text, there was a human aspect to the interactions. Everything was great. The only minor issue we had was the laundry detergent which was supplied by the hotel was Tide. We are both allergic to string detergents but the staff was helpful in suggestions in finding alternatives. The only thing we didn’t experience was the restaurant...

「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「Dirty tiny room for too high of a price. Had huge hair balls on the shower floor with soap scum on the glass. Stained sheets with paper thin pillows. Smelled heavily of smoke and there was nicotine seepage and water damage on the walls and ceilings. Only had a minifridge and microwave. Front desk was fine when checking in. Free parking. Kind of close enough to walk to some restaurants.」

「The hotel was easily accessible with a decent amount of parking in the structure. The hotel is in decent shape for being built in the 70s. There are some wear and tear throughout the hotel but nothing excessive. I stayed during the week so not to much foot traffic throughout the hotel. Check in went smoothly and made it to my room within a few minutes. The room itself is a decent size the restroom is massive mainly the shower you can fit about 20 people in there lol.
