"The rooms were clean."

"The place is great. The grocery store onsite has limited options. Better to get groceries from a nearby Walmart (10 mins drive) for more options. If you’re looking to get some alcoholic drinks definitely get it from a local liquor store instead of local grocery store. We were not able to explore resort amenities like pool or water park but overall the rooms were very good. Quiet, personal space with each room having its own private washroom and plenty of storage space for each room. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and I must say it’s wry nicely built with planets if space and in room laundry."

"Everything was fine, when we asked for more towels or anything else they were prompt at getting them for us. We were comfortable there"

"This is our favorite place to stay when traveling with our daughters to Orlando. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and washer and dryer helped us save money by cooking our own food and washing clothes that were stained or messed up by food. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always so friendly. "

"The Venetian is such a beautiful Resort! It is so big and grand. We loved our stay there. I hate we couldn’t get a Sphere view without paying so much extra but we enjoyed our room the time that we did spend in there. My only advice is to get softer toilet paper and a waste basket put near make up table. 😜"

"Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge. Other lamp didn't work at all. Rug on our floor to elevator had tape holding rug down. Should have some kind of map of hotel. Not what I expected for a Sheraton."
