Great staff! The room we originally booked had an electrical issue and they called to advise. They offered other options. I accepted one of the options and when we arrived the staff had felt so bad over the mishap that they left me and the kids hot coco with holiday marshmallows. That was incredibly sweet!
The room was clean and nicely decorated. On a side note, the bed is extremely hard. Just in case you need a softer mattress.
The only complaint that I had was you can hear everything in the room. For example, we could hear our neighbors chatting it up until late into the night (past 11:30 pm) and people going up and down the stairs outside our room door all night.
