「The room we got, the outlet from the bathroom was not working. I called to have them come check/fix it. Two technicians were in my room for about an hour and was not able to fix it. It was such an inconvenience because me and my daughter were not able to blow dry nor curl our hair in the bathroom. Not to mention the time wasted for them being in the room.」

「Loved the room and all of "extras". My only complaint was trying to make dinner reservations at the steak house. We made online reservations, then received a phone message wanting us to confirm the reservation but we weren't able to get ahold of anyone nor could the front desk help. Otherwise everything was fantastic!」

「Overall the front desk personnel were fine, but one night shift front desk person was unfriendly and unhelpful. Valet services were great. The Grand Vacations space took up a lot of room in the lobby area, including the concierge trying to sign you up for a timeshare presentation. We booked a couple of rooms and had a lot of issues with the door lock system, which was old and wonky. Also, the paired arrangement of rooms was awkward (you had to unlock an outer door, then drag your luggage...

「Room was clean, nice, spacious great. All four of us fit just fine. Beds really comfortable. Bathroom small but worked great. Shower had really nice water pressure. Check in was fast. Large parking lot was free to park. Hotel has paddleboards and eBikes available to rent in the summertime. Very nice area to hang out. Alot of local options for activities.」
