「Clean room as always and friendly staff」

「The rooms are cleaned. The customer service is excellent . Breakfast is good checking in and checking out is fast … overall rating is five star」

「Our room was clean but had no furniture other than 2 nightstands a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen was old but clean and a nice surprise. Our room had no view but we loved their large deck that looks over Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay by another day. They seemto stay extremely full and getting one of the units with a balcony and view. Next trip to Tahoe we plan to stay there, but will book our room early to get an upstairs balcony overlooking the lake. 」

「Me and my wife went there for our anniversary and it was better than what we thought. Loved the room love the area. It was all beautiful all around us a lot to do. The casino was a lot of fun. The food at the restaurants were great seeing at that place, you can’t go wrong」

「The room was ready early, it was very clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The bed in my room needs a new mattress, it has a sunken spot on one side, the rest of it was comfortable.」

「I loved everything except the valet service. We had a terrible experience with the attendant on duty on October 2nd in the evening. He was very rude cussing at customer asking questions, throwing customers car keys around, slamming customer car doors and also sped off in a customers car while it was pouring down rain. It made me very scared what he might do in my car. I would probably not use the Valet service again even thought it was very convenient 」

「スキーシーズンではない上にコロナのこともあり宿泊者は少なくしていたと思います。静かに快適に過ごせました。部屋の設備も良く全て快適でしたが子供達が言うにはWi-Fiの状況がかなり良くネットもゲームもノンストレスでできたそうです(^_^*)そこが1番のお気に入りポイントだそうです。」
