"Our room was in the Las Brisas section. The rooms could be updated but view was amazing and we loved the proximity to Oats Juice Bar and the tram down to the water park. "

"The Casitas section in which we stayed was beautiful; enormous room/suite and everything spotless. Great housekeeping daily, the grounds manicured, the pools delightful. Food in the various restaurants was good, not great, and a little pricy. The main pool area very nice - the waterpark great for the family for a few hours, and the private island was gorgeous. Downsides: was encouraged to order groceries for the room and sent a list as directed to the concierge. No groceries when we arrived, so ordered again. Pricey. They were delivered - but we were missing at least a quarter of what we had ordered and no refund! Much better idea is to get an Uber to the nearest market and do your own shopping. I wish too that we'd gone ahead and left the complex to Uber to local restaurants. The biggest, best thing about this place is the service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and happy to help. Loved that!"

"We stayed in this unit for two nights. When we checked in, the room smelled very musty, there was one washcloth for two people, one of the lamps was found to be broken, and the pillows smelled bad to the point where we could not use them. I sent a message to the hostess, she said that she would send somebody over with wash cloths and new pillows, but they never came. I texted her again to tell her that we haven’t received them, she said she thought the cleaning crew would leave them, but that she would get them over to us. Nevertheless, they did not arrive. The second morning we woke up and there was condensation on the ceiling, and it was dripping onto the bed. We followed all the instructions about leaving doors and windows closed. And ran the air conditioners for our stay, so I’m not sure what’s wrong with the ventilation in the room, but when the ceiling is dripping on you, and there is other evidence of water damage, that’s a problem that needs to be addressed. The pool was nice and the unit was cute, but in this condition isn’t even habitable."

"The house was exactly as pictured and the view cannot be understated. There were some issues with the property (broken AC, broken internet, broken pool slide) but the hosts fixed almost all the issues ASAP. The property could also use a little TLC to repair wear & tear but it would not stop me from recommending this property to another guest."

"Across the street from the beach. They had a cooler, chairs, and towels for the beach. We did not take the beach ball. Very happy to have a kitchen to use. Well appointed for just two of us. There was a trick to the hot water for the shower, that we solved after a quick text exchange with the manager. It was a good stay!"

"We had an outstanding stay in Fajardo, about an hour east of San Juan, and this spot truly delivered on everything we were looking for in a family vacation. The location is unbeatable, just about 100 feet from Seven Seas Beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, activities, and excursion pickups. It made everything incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family.The property itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The host was fantastic, very responsive and attentive, replying within minutes whenever we had a question or needed anything. That level of communication really enhanced the overall experience.One of the highlights was how accessible everything was. We could easily walk to nearby reserves and sightseeing areas, making it simple to explore without constantly needing a car. It’s truly an ideal setup for a family getaway.There are a couple of minor drawbacks to be aware of. The road in front of the complex can be quite busy, and cars tend to drive fast, so extra caution is needed when crossing, especially with kids. It has a pool, but much smaller the expected. Also, while Seven Seas Beach is beautiful, there was a noticeable amount of aquatic weed growth, which limited the snorkeling experience.Overall, this is an amazing location for a family vacation, and we would absolutely consider staying here again."

"The house is lovely. It is an easy walk down to the beach, and there are plenty of chairs and beach gear for your needs. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen had just the right amount of pots and pans to make breakfast or a small dinner. There is a restaurant close by that has amazing food, too, if you don’t feel like cooking. This is our second time staying at the house for Spring Break, and I love it so much that I plan on coming back again. "
