「The one we used was a one-bedroom type. I thought the room would have a kitchen, but the only thing in the room was a microwave and refrigerator. We were provided with glasses, but there were no plates or cutlery, so we had to bring our own. Since the kitchen is always available, it turned out to be a very disappointing dinner. 「The house is clean.Check in & out was efficient. Holi was excellent. The only con really was that we thought we rented the whole house, its actually a cluster of 3 guest houses. Were on the 2 bedroom. But it felt like a hotel due to the fact that theres other guests in the adjacent part of the house.」

「Unique home on a lovely plot of land. Lots of birds, plants, and geckos around the property. The home has everything you need and is a convenient launching point to explore the east side of the island. Less than an hour to Kilauea where we were lucky enough to see a fountain episode. I love quirky houses with a story, this one used to be a water tank that has been built out. Take a morning dip in the hot tub then have breakfast on the lanai. 「Beautiful grounds and so much detail and care was put into the interior. Most comfortable beds. AC in each room. TV with each bed (though you will enjoy the grounds and area more than TV!). Gorgeous wood everywhere. Can't say enough about beauty of this home. Host was so helpful and responsive. Kitties are charming, our kids just loved them. Host reiterated not to feed them anything, even their own food as they know how to use their feeders even though Torte pretends not to! Minutes walk from...
