「初めてのハンモックでしたが、意外と快適に寝ることができました。森を抜けた立地で、自然たっぷりで心地良い風が吹いています。夜も朝も動物たちの鳴き声が賑やかで、それもある意味新鮮な体験となりました。オーナーのレイさんが、とても優しくオープンマインドなので、何も困ることはありませんでした。メインのリビングのキッチンを自由に使えますし、wifiも高速で問題ありませんでした。森の中なので、虫除けを持参することをオススメします。とても貴重な体験ができる、オススメの宿です！」

「Comfortable, clean and convenient. It was a nice hilltop location with a great view. The economy room was cute and cozy. The living areas were enjoyable places to spend time. The walls were thin, but guests were respectful of the quiet hours. 」

「ジャングルの中にいるような感覚で、夜は星がとても綺麗でした。ボルケーノから車で10分くらいの場所ですが、街灯が全く無いので運転には気を付けてください。 2泊して２晩赤い火口を観に行きましたが、早起きして見る日の出は最高でした。敷地内にあるKAZUMURA　CAVEのツアーは神秘的で本当に素晴らしかったです。宿泊設備は普通ですが KAZUMURA　CAVEのツアーが出来るだけでもここに泊まる価値がありました。 For the sense that there was in the jungle, a star was very beautiful at night. 「You have to follow instructions to the letter. The unit is located in the back lot of the primary property.It is very spacious for just 3 of us. AC worked well in both the living room and the bedroom. Good touch with free coffee. Everything worked.Just be aware that the vertical blinds are missing the end part, so lights come in the mornings and less privacy in the bathroom.Had to swap batteries between two remotes since we only watch on the living room TV.Suggestion to put in washer and dryer.」

"海側の部屋に2泊しました。オーナー夫人が日本の方で、とても対応がしっかり。安心・安全な状況に加え、部屋からはヒロの港、朝日の出、客船の行き来が楽しめました。ヒロの町まで歩いて10分もかからず、歩いて街中を散策できました。コスパも良くお勧めです。"

"2025年8月に宿泊しました。はじめてのヒロ滞在でしたが、すごく快適でよかったです。家族3人なので「One Bedroom Apartment」を予約していましたが、偶然にも「Two Bedroom Apartment」にアップグレードしてくれました。 ■よかった点・広くて快適！・リビングや各部屋に「ファン」があり、風が心地よい。治安がよいので、窓を開けてエアコンなしで過ごせます・駐車場も広々（ジープを安心して停められました）・ガーデンビューで、のんびり穏やかな気分になる・ダウンタウンから徒歩圏内 ■ちょっと期待外れだった点・朝食は過度な期待はしないほうがいいです。フレッシュフルートは「丸ごとのマンゴー」で、自分で部屋でカットする必要があります。笑・フロントスタッフがちょっといい加減。笑「アヒポキの美味しいお店を教えて」って聞いたら、口コミサイトを見てって言われました・・・ヒロに滞在するなら、また利用したいホテルです！ ===== I stayed here in August 2025, and it was my first time in Hilo. The experience was really comfortable and pleasant. We had booked a One-Bedroom Apartment for the three of us, but we were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a Two-Bedroom Apartment! ■What I liked: ・Very spacious and comfortable. ・Each room and the living room had fans, and the breeze was refreshing. The neighborhood felt safe, so we could keep the windows open and didn’t need the A/C. ・Plenty of parking space (even our Jeep fit easily). ・Lovely garden view that made the stay feel calm and relaxing. ・Within walking distance to downtown. ■What could be better ・Don’t expect too much from breakfast. The “fresh fruit” was a whole mango, you need to cut it yourself in your room. ・The front desk staff were a bit too casual. I asked for a recommendation for good "ahi-poke", and they just told me to check a review site. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hilo!"

"5度目の滞在。自然に囲まれカエルの声やみどりのトカゲに普通に出会う。近くに海岸があり毎日散歩に行った。以前より掃除が行き届いている。共同のキッチンだが、使う人はあまり多く無く、食器もよく洗って使うと不便さは感じ無い。１棟ずつのや3棟続いているものもあり、部屋の快適さが違うと思う。住むように楽しで、また行くだろう。"

"自然に囲まれた素晴らしいロケーションの中、ローカルのように過ごせました。設備も申し分なく、またスタッフさんの対応や配慮も良くて快適に過ごせました。日本語が話せるスタッフもいて安心しました。閑静な立地なので夜の10時以降は静かにしなければいけない点はご注意が必要です。また是非利用させて頂きたいと思っています。"
