「Great place, lots of space! You can hear the ocean, you can see the ocean! I had a good night sleep on the bed! Perfect location for getting around! 」

「The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available, making it very convenient. While the building itself is a bit older, and some signs of wear are visible, particularly in the bathroom, the unit is well-equipped. It comes with a full kitchen, as well as a high-quality washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommended this place to others.」

「Wish the a.c. was in the bedroom as the livingroom would be freezing but the bedroom would be stfling. There was no elevator in the building, but there was a photo of one in the listing, which i found to be deceptive. Had i known it was a 3-story walkup, we would not have booked. The apartment was clean and nicely renovated. The listing also stated a washer and dryer but it was a combo machine which didnt dry the clothes even with additional dry cycles. We had to hang our clothes to dry...

「Pros: Nice unit, nice grounds and pools. Well stocked, good location. Nice pavilion, with bbqs, for watching sunsets,Cons: No place to load & unload on the left side. Parking spots often taken. Only 2 handicapped spots which seemed to be permanently occupied. Overall, a decent bargain.」
