「The kitchen is well equipped. fridge water tastes salty. The tab water tastes better. Some days I saw a roach in the cupboards. AC is available in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it is a decent place.」

「The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available, making it very convenient. While the building itself is a bit older, and some signs of wear are visible, particularly in the bathroom, the unit is well-equipped. It comes with a full kitchen, as well as a high-quality washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommended this place to others.」

「Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!」

「The condo was great! The view was amazing, we loved to watch the surfers across the street. The pool was a good size, and the place was relaxed overall. We drove to shopping and could have walked to the beach. We definitely would stay here again when we visit Kona.」

「Overall, we had a good stay at the property. The location was perfect and the check-in went smooth. However, the property could’ve used a few updates we felt it wasn’t quite as clean as expected. The Facility was very dirty. (Elevator and walkways) still a pleasant trip and a decent value.」

「A wonderfully clean and spacious condo close to the heart of Kona. The lanai was perfect for spending some down time on while still being able to enjoy the warm weather and ocean sounds. There is also a great view of the sunset from the pool area! Loved our stay here :)」
