"Upon arrival at 9 pm, staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and lovely. All this was awesome. Things went south when after a long day of travel, in preparation for heading to bed we found we had zero water anywhere. No shower, No flushing of toilets, no water in the sink taps. We could not even brush our teeth. I phoned the front dest to see if there was a trick to turning on the water in the condo. It was then we were informed there was a water flushing of hydrants happening and it would take 2 hours. I was told there should have been a notice on our Condo door. There was no notice on the condo door unfortunately so we were unprepared for the water shut down. We went to bed despite not being able to do our usual routine since it had been a long travel day and 2 more hours of staying up was too much for us. The next morning we found we STILL had no water. another call to the front desk and we were told they did not know when the water would be fixed. I asked if there would be any compensation as we were only there for 2 nights and after traveling a long day we weren't even able to use the facilities in our room and now we still were without water, couldn't even flush the toilet. She said this was a matter for management and she would take my name , room number and phone number and give that to him and he would get back with me. I am hoping I will still hear from management and something can be done. Water was finally restored just after 8 pm. "

"Family of 8 (6 adults + children 9 & 11) enjoyed week stay at this large and inviting house with swimming pool, lots of parking and space for kids to play. Spent most of our time on the upper level with large & well equipped kitchen, large sitting room (TV worked well) and master suite. Ate family meals on the huge, wrap-around, screened lanai that also had lots of lounging areas plus bar fridge that was convenient. Overall an excellent choice for our family. Would mention, though, that lower-level bathrooms were tired (water pressure could be improved too) and in need of upgrade to match rest of house. Small disappointment was condition of pingpong paddles - only 3 were serviceable so we purchased a new one."

"I had a wonderful stay at Dragonfly Ranch. Initially I gave a bad rating for check in experience because nobody was there for me to check in. And later I found that it was because a staff had to go to hospital for emergency and usually someone is there. All staff are warm and helpful. The owner, Barbara is full of knowledge of health. And she is eager to help you how to be healthier and happier. The property is beautiful with big trees, lots of green and flowers. Healthy breakfast is a huge plus. I look forward to staying there again! "

"Amazing location. You really feel like a local. So close to key Captain Cook venues. Apt is large. They supply all that you need and more. Frig was stocked with some great treats. Such Aloja spirit. WiFi is sporadic and not strong in half of the house. Window unit for the master and many fans provided. Overall a great experience and super nice owner Kay!"
