"Great place to stay with family! The villas are very spacious and the grounds are well kept. Take a stroll along the scenic botanical pathway and watch the sunset! Note that housekeeping is every 10 days, there are washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the unit. I would recommend to family and friends. "

"Ron is a great communicator. When we had a question or need he was prompt with his reply. The vrbo was comfortable and had what we needed. The location was very convenient. Close enough to Kona but not right in the middle so we didn’t have trouble getting around. The beach that was part of the complex is nice, perfect tide pools, quiet and private. I would recommend that Ron maybe get ice trays that housekeeping can fill as on arrival nothing cold to drink and maybe a water purifier. The washing machine broke, but again not Robs fault, I believe the people before us probably put in clothes or towels with a lot of sand. I would definitely recommend this vrbo "
