"Our host was very good & answered my questions in a timely fashion. The accommodation was very comfortable & suitable for our family. The small, gated complex with pool & our own outdoor space was appreciated. We did enjoy that it was NOT in the very busiest part of town but convenient to access the small strip mall near us (within a short walk) & major roadways. "

"We enjoyed these accommodations immensely. They were exactly as pictured. The A/C was a plus, although we didn't need it as much as we have in the past due to cooler temps. We loved having beds for everyone. Super close to the manta snorkel and fairly close to the Captain Cook trail. Another snorkel beach is close by. Close proximity to Magic Sands. Easy access to the highway. The sunset views of the water was awesome. And we even started to love the frogs outside!"

"We had a great stay at this. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it worked well for our family. The location was convenient for exploring the Kona side and made it easy to get to beaches, dining, and the town. The check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a solid home base for our Big Island trip and we would stay here again."

"The rental was perfect for my friends and I. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary amenities. The door key code was challenging so we just used the key. Response was quick and helpful. Mornings on the lanai with coffee was a wonderful way to start the day. Some of us started our days at the beach watching the sunrise. The unit was comfortable and clean. The extras were useful- chairs, beach towels, etc. I woupd definitely stay there again. "
