"Good condition"

"👌"

"Very nice older hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. "

"Location was good but lot of noisy people ok for couple of nights but not much sleep. "

"Wonderful retro style property. Hot springs were the highlight. Loved staying here. "

"Overall, a pleasant stay in a modest, nicely-equipped self-catering apartment with good communication and information from the owner. Conveniently close to the Beppu station and main shops in a quiet street. The layout of the apartment is a little unusual, but not a problem. "It was a wonderful stay. The outdoor bath was amazing and not too too hot so you could enjoy it and relax. The staff were helpful and the rooms made up every day. It is easily accessible from the highway Amand is very well situated close to the mountain road leading to the amusement park, the safari and Yufuin. "

"Remind the property manager to make sure that your room is clean by 16:00, check in time."
