I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "The hotel was great and had your own parking, but not walking distance from anything; however very close driving distance to tourist spots. Location of the hotel is right next to the expressway entrance to either go to Oita or Yufuin, your like in the middle. Overall excellent hotel!! "
