"Excellent place to stay"

"Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. From my opinion I pay money more. Either I stayed only 1 night but I also need fairness not bias. "

"The staff was extraordinarily helpful. There is a onsen that is great just across the road and they give you a discount ticket for it. The rooms were very stylishly decorated and comfortable and large. They have a continental type breakfast sandwich, but we’re not really into breakfast much so we only ate it once. "Good point is very close to JR station. But terrible points are, no elevator, need to get heavy luggage upstairs, need to charge 1000 yen if you need to keep luggage there for a couple of hours after check out, hot spring bath available at limited time period , and the smell of the new wood in the room have give a bad day for those who are sensitive to smell, just like those people don’t smoke cannot tolerate smoking room. Think before you try provided the cost of stay is not cheap when compared...

"まず、上の階の歩く音が響いて、2時まで寝れなかった。騒音に敏感でなく、鈍い方だが響く感じの音で、綺麗な建物なのに台無し。 無人なので窓口もなく、我慢するしかなかったです。いや、寝るだけのホテルとして東横インかこちらかで悩んで、まあ家族だったのでこちらを予約していたのに。。完全に外れました。 2階か、1階でも静かな人かで当たり外れあるかと思うが、この値段で、寝れない可能性があるとなると、私としてはもう無理"
