Toilet was up to standard. Rooftop pool was a nice 30.1C. The jacuzzi was broken at the time, but the sauna on the roof was nice, too."

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful even when I had a difficult situation with my luggage that they resolved with compassion. The kaiseki was amazing and our private bath was very relaxing. It was nice to be next to the sea for the breeze while soaking in the bath. The price was very affordable for the service they provide. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely visit again next time I come back to Beppu. "
