"新しい施設でお部屋も隣接のスパ施設も綺麗で快適でした。スタッフの方も親切に対応してくれ、アメニティも充実していました。
お部屋の目の前が海なので景色が良く、部屋の中でも波の音が聞こえます。交通量の多い道路にも面しているので人によっては車の音が気になってしまうかもしれませんが、個人的には問題なく、公園内のショップも含め楽しめました。

"Excellent location for onsen enthusiasts with all necessities of daily life around the corner from the supermarket to the soba restaurant. Friendly and helpful receptionist with smooth check-in and check-out. Great value for short and long term stays. "

"Nice clean hotel that is very deceiving from the outside. Excellent customer service and the private onsen was awesome. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Beppu Tower located directly across the street with dining options also within walking distance. Convenient parking one minute away in the outdoor parking for the mall next door. "
