"Kunisakiso Ryocan was lovely. We ended our trip in Kyushu here, and it was very relaxing. We get to book a private bath, and the family bath is a first come first serve, so we split that between my dughter and I in the family bath whie my husband took the private bath - no bathing suits allowed. "We had a great stay at Ryokan Kiraku. First, the service is excellent! Even my son noticed: "Everyone is running!" They happily stored our bags when we arrived before check-in. Everything was explained clearly. The onsens were well-maintained, and we especially loved the ability to use the private onsen between certain hours, or reserve the family onsen. "Very nice staff. However, there was black mold in the bathroom, the entire place is closed from 10am-3pm, it's hard to find the staff even during "open" hours, and it's far from the train station. It is very close to all of the 7 Hells and some of the best onsen in Japan."
