"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "

"The staff was excellent and the food/meals were amazing. The seki saba and aji sashimi as well as the bungo beef were delicious and a must try. We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...

"今日チェックアウトでしたが、昨日わざわざチェックアウトの時間の都合は大丈夫かというのと、チェックアウトの際には事務所に声掛けてというので声かけたら怒られました。 そのまんまで出て行っていいっていいましたよね？って。 夜言ってたことと違うなと。 あと8時にチェックアウトっていいましたよね。って言われたのですが、船に乗る都合があり、予定変更してしまって7時にでるのは予定外ですが、そのまんまでいいならそこツッコミいらないですよね。 エクスペディアさんから最初はメールでは2泊３日ぐらいに書いてあるからその日にちしか取れないと言ってましたが結局メールで4泊５日になっていたそうなので確認ミスですね。 なので部屋を何日かに分けて最初は四畳半くらいの部屋で３日、その後残りは六畳くらいの部屋に移動でした。 部屋移動の掃除の方と案内の男性の方は優しかったです。 自炊の蒸し料理に関してと、お風呂に関しては良かったです。"
