Everything was great! We loved all the amenities such as free ice cream, Yakult, laundry and more. The staff was very kind and helpful. The eight private onsen were also all amazing although at time there was a long wait for them.
Hotel was conveniently located to JR Station and main street dining/shopping. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our one night stay and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
Have stayed at 5 different hotels for this trip. This is one of the best hotel! Staff are nice, food are nice, especially the noodle at night time… the washing machine facility is a bonus

The location of the hotel is very close to the train station. There are a several kinds of hot springs in the hotel.
We loved this property! Literally, just steps from Beppu Station and great places to eat. The hotel was so unique with the entire hotel done in tatami. My husband and friends enjoyed the private onsen. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!
Perfect service from front desk to restaurant staff. Spotless room and plenty of selections on food for breakfast buffet. Literally a minute walk to JR station.flawless.
Very nice hotel that is within walking distant to Beppu Station and lots of restaurants. I got to try out both the private and public onsen which were not too crowded in the afternoon. After checking out of the hotel and moving onto Fukuoka, I missed walking around the hotel without my shoes on.
Great hot springs, 1 Public sharing,g and 8 Private hot springs. No reservation is needed, it's first come first serve.
Rooms are super clean, great location right in front of JR Beppu station. Great amenities and breakfast spread.
There is nothing short in this hotel, service is great.
I always stay Onyado Nono brand and it never disappoints.
Hotel was a min away from the train and bus station and access to a variety of restaurants option.
We had breakfast included and they had many choices and of high quality - you should want for naught (unless perhaps have gluten problems).
In the evening they serve free freshly prepared ramen upto 11pm and then afterwards instant cup noodles. The fresh cook ramen was surprisingly good. I didn’t try the cup noodles.
The room was ok - comfortable and clean.
This place has a public and 8 private onsen. The hotel is very busy (cater towards tour groups) so you have to line up for the private onsen. We tried number 1 and 7. 7 is better but both were nice for a soak.
Overall not a luxurious hotel but a very nice/good hotel in good condition. The folks coming to this hotel as part of a tour group are lucky!
Excellent location, quiet rooms, staff and service also top notch; had option of private or public onsen facilities on site that we utilised twice daily; yummy breakfast with large selection; overall very happy except the single pillow provided was too hard for myself and my husband, so sleep quality wasn't the best. No other complaints though! Would stay again.
The hotel itself is in a great location with amazing services and teams. The room we stayed in was nice and big and was restocked when needed. I definitely like that we need to take our shoes off at the entrance and the entire hotel is covered in tatami mats!
My only issue is that this hotel is used by a lot of foreign tour groups who may not be the most polite people. We had lots of people push in queues for food or drinks, not clean properly before getting in the onsen, etc. so beware of this.
If you come, allocate some time to visit the amenities. The amazing amount of amenities is very hard to beat from the public and private baths, free ice cream, Yakult, and warm soba.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is really close to Beppu station. The room was a comfortable size, especially for a solo traveller. The onsen was the favourite part of my stay. There were several private onsen rooms available on a first come first served basis. The breakfast was buffet style with a variety of Japanese and western options. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was to come back to Beppu.
