It is a rather dated hotel despite being renovated in 2025. The room is spacious but not well designed. The AC cannot reach the bathroom and other areas. Some part od the room like the toilet and the bath room is like a sauna- the room’s onsen is not working. The onsen esp the outdoor onsen is great! Location is good if u plan to visit 5 jingou - other than that it is next to high way and spending neighbour is rather industrial. Most guests are forced to have half board.

Excellent staff service during stay

We had a nice experience at the hotel where not just providing cozy environment, as well as the most helpful staff service. We would like to express our greatest thanks to the staff “Won” who offered his uttermost help in solving our bathtub issues.

フロントスタッフの方はとても丁寧で親切なご対応をしてくださいました。他のスタッフの方々もとても良く教育が行き届いている感じで、きちんとしたご対応でした。お風呂は素晴らしかったです。鍵のかかるロッカーがあるので安心してお風呂に入れました。立地も素晴らしいです。地獄めぐりに最高の場所です。福岡から高速バスで行きましたが、バス停からもすぐでした。素泊まりでしたが、朝食をつけていただき、ビュッフェをいただきました。洋食を選んでしまったのですが、あまり品数がなく淋しい感じでした。和食の方は充実していたようなので、和食を選ばれることをお勧めします。

客室も館内もとてもきれいでした。お風呂もとても清潔だし、なんといっても露天風呂の広いのにびっくりしました‼️ 朝食のメニューも良かったし味付けも良かったです。ゆっくり食事ができました。 外国人のスタッフに部屋まで案内してもらいましたが説明もとても上手でした。朝食のレストランにいた女性スタッフの方が特に感じが良かったです。
