"I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for transportation and within easy reach of the main attractions. Our room was clean, compact, and had everything we needed. The onsen was a highlight: spacious, relaxing, and with a lovely open-air pool. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and was very tasty. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"
