clean hotel but staff speaks zero english

the bedsheets are clean , rooms are sufficient for an overnight stay but pls. do note that staffs speaks zero english, only knows keywords in english such us check in and check out plus name. i had to ask the person from the tourism staff in beppu to write in japanese my request to leave our luggage for 7 hours.

建物は古い感じだったのですが、いろんなビジネスホテル宿泊したのですが、引き出しの中やベット窓ぎわお掃除が行き届いたホテルでした。 宿泊者は駐車場も無料で駅も目の前スーパーや飲食店も沢山ありました。 隣接の姉妹ホテル「ホテルシーウェーブ」「別府ステーションホテル」「ホテルはやし」の温泉を無料で利用できるのもよかったです♪

雖然是車站後站的對面，但半夜一點也不吵。一分鐘可到車站、百元店和超市。是老飯店但是有重新裝修，雙床房很舒適，空間不大但電視機前仍有放小圓桌和椅子的小空間。泡湯券要去前站飯店使用。櫃檯人員年紀大，不會英文，用手機翻譯沒有問題，非常親切。物美價廉的住宿。推～

フロントの方が2回ほど部屋に尋ねて来られたのですが、ノックをして返事をする前にすぐにドアを開けられました。 プライベートな空間だと思いますので お客様からドアを開けるのを待った方が良いのではないでしょうか。

　部分的に改装されているので、古い建物の割に使いやすかった。ここだけどはないけれど、コンパクトな客室向けのシャワー・トイレ・洗面ボウルのみで使いやすいユニットバスがあればいいと思う。 　無料のコーヒー（熱湯）サーバーがあるけれど、室内ポッドとスティックコーヒーのほうがありがたい。 その他 　眺望は上階で良、テレビはＨＤＭＩでＭａｃｂｏｏｋミラーリンク可、駅反対側の姉妹ホテルで温泉利用可。
