"Easy/quick check-in (although you have to pay extra for early checkin which really isn’t a new concept), extremely clean both common areas and rooms, daily room housekeeping which isn’t the norm nowadays, centrally located to a lot of things (the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster etc.). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to mt family and friends. "

I was especially grateful when Nisrine let me know my room was ready early and invited me to pick up my key. After traveling, that small gesture meant so much. The service was warm, professional, and truly attentive throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, sightseeing bus stopping right outside the hotel door, which made getting around so easy.
